
The results of the internal examination for the 2021 Senior School Certificate Examinations (SSCE) have been issued by the National Examinations Council (NECO).
Professor Dantana Wushishi, NECO Registrar, announced the results at the NECO Headquarters in Minna, revealing that 20 supervisors had been blacklisted for a variety of offenses ranging from poor supervision, aiding and abetting, connivance with candidates, writing answers on the chalkboard, compromise, and extortion.

He further stated that five schools in Bayelsa, Bauchi, Kaduna, and Kastina have been recommended for de-recognition due to mass cheating and school cases.
According to the Registrar, 878,925 candidates (71.64%) earned five credits including Mathematics and English language, whereas 1,226,796 candidates (91.04%) earned five credits or above irrespective of English Language and Mathematics.
Only 1,209,992 of the 1,233,631 candidates who registered for the examinations sat for it, according to him.
“The number of candidates implicated in various forms of misconduct in 2021 is 20,003, or 1.63 percent, compared to 33,470, or 2.61 percent, cases registered in 2020,” he stated. In 2021, there was a decrease in the number of malpractice cases compared to 2020.”
Students can check their results on the examination body’s website, according to the Registrar.

- Go to https://result.neco.gov.ng/
- Select your exam year. i.e. 2021.
- Select your exam type. i.e. SSCE INTERNAL (JUN/JUL).
- Type your Token Number.
- Type your registration number.
- Click on “check result” button to see your result.
