In response to Arsenal’s comeback victory over Bournemouth, Amarachi Nwankwo, Kanu Nwankwo’s wife, has ardently supported her husband’s team.
This afternoon at the Emirates Stadium, the Cherries surprised the Gunners by taking the lead after only 9.11 seconds on Philip Billing’s goal.

As the game took a dramatic turn, Arsenal’s Thomas Partey equalized with a spectacular volley from six yards.

Michael Arteta’s team was brought back into the game by Ben White before Nelson smashed home from 25 yards in the seventh minute of stoppage time.
Following the victory, Arsenal maintained their five-point lead over Manchester City at the top of the English Premier League standings. Arsenal’s lead would have been cut to two points if they had lost.
Kanu Nwankwo’s wife Amarachi posted a video of herself celebrating the victory after the game, captioned “We ain’t going nowhere, Arsenal 3-2 Bournemouth.”

Between 1994 and 2004, her husband Kanu made 119 appearances and scored 30 goals for the Islington-based team. The Super Eagles legend is still well-liked at Arsenal and is greeted with applause whenever he appears at the Emirates Stadium.
