CP. ordered a full scale investigation into the gruesome murder of Chief Mrs Eunice Aganya.

The Commissioner of Police for Benue State Command, Audu Madaki, has ordered a thorough investigation into the murder of Mrs Eunice Aganya by detectives from the Command Criminal Investigation Department.

Although commiserating with the Aganya family, the CP promised that no stone will be left unturned in the hunt for the perpetrator.

According to a statement signed by the Command’s public relations officer, DSP Sewuese Anene, on March 13, 2021, information was received that Chief Mrs Eunice Aganya, wife of Cp. Ebezimako Aganya (Rtd), who lives on Austin Iwar Lane, off the David Mark Bye-pass in Makurdi, was unable to be seen by her co-chiefs who had intended to pay a courtesy call on a Royal Father in Makurdi.

She went on to say that when police detectives got the email, they immediately went to her home, which is located behind her bakery and where they found her car parked in front of her gate and her fence broken into, but her doors were locked.

The team found blood stains on the deceased’s window and entered the building, where they discovered the dead body lying in a pool of blood.
