
Borussia Dortmund manager Edin Terzic explained that Chelsea eliminated his team from the UEFA Champions League because his players did not create many scoring chances during the round of 16 second-leg tie on Tuesday at Stamford Bridge.
Terzic also downplayed the contentious penalty incident in which Kai Havertz missed and then scored after being forced to retake it due to encroachment.

Chelsea advanced to the Champions League last eight with a 2-1 aggregate win thanks to two goals from Raheem Sterling and Havertz.
“After that,” he continued, “we got back into the game, but they scored and we didn’t.”
“We had a clear chance through Bellingham and only had a couple of counter-attacks to defend. We did not create much later and that is the problem.”
