The Nigerian Civil Defence Salary structure
The Nigerian Civil Defence salary structure is based on an individual’s qualification and years of service.
A salary for an NSCDC officer at level 8 step 1 (Assistant Superintendent Cadre) is around N121,000, while a salary for an Inspectorate Cadre at level 7 is around N69,000.
Graduates are assigned to level 8, while HND holders are assigned to level 7. Medical doctors are placed on level 12, while lawyers and master’s degree holders are placed on level 9.
