Dollar to Naira Exchange rates Today – The black market exchange rate between the naira and the US dollar increased on Friday morning, December 30, 2022, trading at an average of N736/$1, a 0.27% increase from the previous trading session’s rate of N738.53/$1

When we look at the last 7 days, we see that the Dollar to Naira black market rate ranged between 736/S1 and 750/S1, with an average of 738.53. When comparing last week’s numbers to today’s (30/12/2022) rate, the average Dollar to Naira rate fell 0.36 points from 738.53 to 738.17/S1.

On Friday, December 30, 2022, the official investors and exporters (I&E) window rate depreciated slightly, representing the lowest rate recorded at the official market on record.

The exchange traded a total of $142.19 million, a decrease of 27.48% from the $196.06 million traded on Wednesday. Nigeria’s external reserve stood at $37.075 billion on December 29, 2022, up 0.29% from the previous day’s figure of $36.966 billion.
