Federal Teachers Scheme Recruitment 2022 Requirements

The Federal Teachers’ Scheme offers two-year teaching jobs in public primary and junior secondary schools.

You must follow the following guidelines in order to be selected and become a member of the Federal Teachers’ Scheme:

• Applicants must be Nigerians by birth or have a valid Nigerian visa.
• Applicants must be over the age of 18 and under the age of 40 at the time of application.
• Candidates who graduated in 2013 and are eligible must have a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) from a reputable institution.
• A recent medical fitness certificate from any government hospital is required for applicants.
• Applicants with computer literacy and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web applications will have an advantage over those who do not.
• Eligible applicants must be specialized in any of the following subjects: English Studies, Mathematics, Computer Science, Basic Science and Technology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Vocational Studies, Nigerian and Foreign Languages, and Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Vocational Studies, Nigerian and Foreign Languages.
• Candidates who are currently employed by a federal or state agency should not apply.
