Stanbic IBTC University Scholarship for JAMB Candidates 2021

The “Stanbic IBTC University Scholarship” is offered to you with pleasure. This program builds on our mission of supporting Nigerian youths’ dreams and aspirations, which we’ve been doing for years through initiatives like the Youth Leadership Series (YLS), the Higher Institution Football League (HIFL), and many others.

The scholarship program is open to students who participated in the 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and have recently been admitted to any Nigerian state or federal university, with the goal of encouraging hard work and academic success among Nigerian undergraduates.

The award, worth N40 million, is designed to encourage hard work and academic success among Nigerian undergraduates.

Scholarship Selection Criteria

The Scholarship will be awarded to only 100 applicants from the 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), with a minimum of two applicants per state.
Until the 100 slots are filled, the Scholarship will be offered on a first-come, initially basis.
Only applicants who follow the guidelines and meet all of the eligibility criteria will be considered for scholarships.
Only the valid email address given by the winners will be used to contact them.
Applicants who intend to take courses in the “Future of Work” will have an advantage (for example Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, IT and so on). Even if an Applicant applies more than once or several times, they are only eligible for one Scholarship spot. In all areas connected to the Scholarship, Stanbic IBTC’s decisions are final.

Eligibility

Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC (“Stanbic IBTC”, “we” or “us”) offers the Stanbic IBTC University Scholarship (the “Scholarship”) to Applicants (“Applicants”, “They” or “You”) who:

Reside in Nigeria and participated in the 2021 University Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) conducted by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) with a score of 250 or or above in JAMB, have gained admission and have been properly enrolled in a Nigerian Federal or State University (“University”) with relevant evidence.

The Scholarship is granted on the condition that you remain enrolled in your admitted degree program at the University.

Employees of Stanbic IBTC and/or their immediate family members are not eligible for the Stanbic IBTC University Scholarship. Any entries submitted by employees of Stanbic IBTC or their immediate family members will be disqualified.

Stanbic IBTC retains the right to refuse any applicant’s participation in the Scholarship.
