Blessing Oghule was arrested by the Delta State Police Command for reportedly possessing a fabricated Beretta pistol, five rounds of live ammunition, and illegal drugs.
DSP Bright Edafe, the command’s spokesperson, said in a statement on Monday, October 25, that Oghule was arrested together with three other suspects during a raid on a black spot in Asaba’s Abraka axis.
“The Command raider operatives raided black spots at Abraka axis in Asaba on October 21 at 1415 hours, in accordance with the directive of the Commissioner of Police of Delta State, CP Ari Muhammed Ali, FCIA, PSC+.
Five suspected stolen phones, a bag containing substances suspected to be cocaine, and Indian hemp were found from Oghule, according to the PPRO.
“Four (4) suspects were detained during the raid: Blessing Oghule ‘f’, Nweke Abudi ‘f’, Ebuka Paul’m’, and Sunday Inuse’m’.
Blessing Oghule was found with one (1) english berreta pistol, five (5) live 9mm ammunition, five (5) suspected stolen phones, one hand bag containing weeds suspected to be Indian hemp, one (1) nylon bag containing substances suspected to be ice, and ten (10) wraps of substances suspected to be cocaine.
