Hushpuppi to be sentenced in October- US court

 

Ramon Abbas aka Hushpuppi, a self-confessed internet fraudster, is scheduled to be sentenced in October of this year. According to the US Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California, this is the case.

Hushpuppi and members of his syndicate was arrested in Dubai in July 2020 for perpetrating a multi-million dollar fraud.

Hushpuppi, his lawyer, Loius Shapiro, and Acting United States Attorney Tracy Wilkison, among others, signed his plea bargain deal, which was made public this week.
