#BuhariMustGo: Protesters block Abuja airport road, set bonfire – (photos)

This morning, June 21, a group of Nigerians calling themselves #RevolutionNow protesters conducted a demonstration along the highway leading to Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja, the federal capital territory (FCT).

Omoyele Sowore, the publisher of SaharaReporters and one of the organizers of RevolutionNow, posted photos and videos of the protesters to his Facebook page today. The protesters were seen on video yelling “Buhari must go” as they set fire to the highway, obstructing traffic movement.

“#BuhariMustGo protest[ers] on the roadway to the airport in Abuja this morning!” Sowore posted alongside the video. For the wicked, there is no rest! #RevolutionNow.”
