Barcelona has confirmed that Memphis Depay, a forward from Holland, will join the club on a free transfer when his contract with Lyon expires at the end of the month.
The 27-year-old has signed a two-year contract with the Spanish club, where he will work alongside former Oranje manager Ronald Koeman.

Depay joins Barcelona as the club’s third free transfer signing of the summer, following the arrivals of Manchester City duo Sergio Aguero and Eric Garcia. Depay is with the Dutch side at Euro 2020 and scored a penalty in their Group C win over Austria.
