Buhari is meeting with security chiefs in Aso Rock to discuss a robbery attempt

 

At the moment, President Muhammadu Buhari and the security chiefs are meeting at the presidential palace. The meeting comes just 24 hours after armed robbers tried to break into the home of the President’s Chief of Staff, Ibrahim Gambari. 

The Presidency confirmed the meeting on Twitter but did not include any information about the agenda.

“At the State House, a security meeting is taking place. President @MBuhari is in attendance, as are Vice President, SGF, NSA, Ministers, Service Chiefs, IGP, and Intelligence Chiefs. The presidency tweeted, “#AsoVillaToday #SecuringNigeria.”
